Our successful nine year history and respected reputation in the market place has brought about this opportunity to begin the next chapter of the Textlocal story. Our award-winning Messenger platform has been recognised as being the best in class by IMImobile and is now set to become a vital addition to their mobile engagement product.
This development means further enhancements throughout the business with consistent focus on customer service and service innovation. Our Messenger platform remains unchanged at present and there will be no disruption to the service that our customers receive.
As our Messenger platform is planned to be integrated with their own range of online solutions in the next six months, our recently released mobile voucher, loyalty and ticketing tool has been recognised as a dynamic force creating new revenue streams and driving customer engagement for our clients. Also, we will now be able to help our clients even further with deeper IT integration projects or bespoke and managed services, backed by IMI’s world class carrier grade platform and software solutions expertise.
