Rob Townsend speaks about Mobile CRM at the Making Sense of Mobile series

On Wednesday 10th April, our Marketing Director Rob Townsend was a guest presenter at Mobile Marketing Magazine’s latest webinar in the Making Sense of Mobile series, focusing this time on Mobile CRM. Also speaking at the webinar was Alex Rose, head of marketing at IMI Mobile and Bjorn Hildahl, VP, product management at Kony.

Rob’s presentation, titled ‘Applying Mobile CRM to Messaging’ offers insight into the results of our mCRM research project which was conducted among 2,000 consumers and 300 brands. Our results clearly show why businesses cannot afford to ignore SMS and how other UK businesses view the mobile channel.
