You will find us at stand A220 in the Digital & Data Zone opposite the Mobile and Social Arena where we have two speaker slots. At 4pm on Wednesday our Marketing Director Rob Townsend, and Client Services Director Jason Palgrave-Jones will be will be exclusively revealing the results of our Mobile Customer Experience Report. The following day at 12pm our CEO Alastair Shortland and Head of Technology James Nunnerley will demonstrate how Messenger can integrate into any CRM application.

As part of Mobile Marketing Magazine's 'Making Sense of Mobile' series, Textlocal Marketing Director Rob Townsend spoke about mobile CRM in his presentation titled 'Applying Mobile CRM to Messaging.' Discover exclusive insight from our mCRM research project which was carried out among 2,000 consumers and 300 brands, which has provided some very interesting stats which no business can afford to ignore. We can exclusively reveal that twice as many consumers would accept SMS communications from businesses than are currently being sent.
