Every SMS text that you receive into your Inbox can be immediately forwarded to your email address for information. You can also set up your own auto-reply message which will immediately be texted back to your customer.
If your customers include an email address within the SMS text message then you can set up an email to immediately go back to the customer's email address containing your personalised message as well as including a file attachment. This is free and is perfect for enabling potential customers to text in and to immediately receive a brochure back from you.

Every Messenger account comes with its own Keyword on 60777. Any texts beginning with this Keyword that are sent to 60777 will be immediately passed onto you. The sender pays their standard network charge to send the text (which could be free). All messages sent are FREE to you to receive.
This inbound system is automatically in your Messenger account when you sign up.
This works exactly the same as Option 1 above but here you get to choose your Keyword and people send their text to a normal looking mobile number. The sender pays their standard network charge to send the text (which could be free). All messages sent are FREE to you to receive.
These can be purchased within Messenger and added immediately.
This works exactly the same as Option 1 above but here you get to choose your Keyword and the short code number to send it to. The sender pays their standard network charge to send the text (which could be free). All messages sent are FREE to you to receive.
These can be purchased within Messenger and added immediately.
With this option you own the Long Number. As such, you will receive all texts sent to this number. Within Messenger you can set up as many Keywords as you like all doing something different.
This option is also the best option for 2-way SMS.

This works exactly the same as Option 1 above but here you get to choose your Keyword on 60002. The short code is completely FREE for the sender to send to as you pay their cost for them. Every text received will cost you 2 credits.

There are three ways to receive replies to texts:
With this option, if you set the 'Sender Name' for your texts as your own mobile number then the message will appear on your recipients phone as if it had been sent directly from your mobile. All replies will then immediately go back to your mobile and bypass us. There is no cost to you for doing this.
For every text you send you can tick our Simple Reply Service and people can then reply back to your message which will then come directly back into your Messenger account. Sending messages by this option will cost 1.5 times the standard cost of sending your message. So if you are sending a message to 100 people your cost would be 150 credits. There is no charge for any replies.
A Dedicated Long Number is perfect for 2 Way SMS by enabling people to reply directly to your message. When sending a message, you can select your dedicated number as the 'Sender Name' of the message and the recipient only needs to press 'reply' for the message to come back to you!
In addition to this you can also create as many Keywords as you want on the dedicated number with each doing its own thing.
