Textlocal are victorious at the DMA Honours Awards

Leading mobile marketing and communications company Textlocal have won a Marketing Innovation Award for their unlocked m-commerce solution for the SME market, and an innovative approach empowering small businesses.
www.textlocal.com provide a full range of mobile communication services online for businesses. These services enable any business from small SME’s to multi-national companies, to instantly send text messages online for pennies to their customers, members or staff instantly through the medium of the mobile phone.
The panel of DMA (Direct Marketing Association) judges which included representatives from BJL, Carat and the DMA, rewarded Textlocal for their dedication to supporting businesses in their deployment of results driven targeted direct marketing campaigns.
They were selected as winners from a shortlist which included three other businesses, at a prestigious event in Manchester which saw 170 of the region’s leading direct marketing companies, members from the DMA Councils and senior DMA representatives including DMA Regional Chair Tony Kane.
Tony Kane, commented, “Innovation and creativity are the driving force of the direct marketing industry and Textlocal has proved themselves to be a true champion of such innovation. Their solution has unlocked Mcommerce for SMEs, empowering them to deploy results driven targeted DM campaigns.”

"We were searching for a bulk text messaging supplier and Txt Local was exacly what we were looking for. They do exactly what it says on the tin, at a competitive price! The layout and "work" of the system is extremely easy to use, and now allows for a highly flexible timing, which is great for our customers. The time we had to contact customer services once during the busy Xmas period, but our query was dealt with quickly, professionally, and most importantly Personally! As the same person was in charge of emailing us and answering our questions, and no automated systems were used. The only thing I could say is that it would be good to edit a messages time to send, and the content of the message after we click send, as if we make a mistake we have to delete the message all together and start again. But what company doesn't have room for improvement!? I would definately reccomend Txt Local to a friend. We don't even use all the services that Txt Local offers, and still reap great reward from it. Our business prospers greatly with it's use."
