I found what I needed on the website but decided to follow it up with a phone call to Textlocal just to make sure it was exactly what I needed.They were extremely helpful and informative and after a quick play with the free trail I soon upgraded and had an active campaign running in 5 minutes.Quite possibly the simplest online service I have ever used and its very affordable too.
Their customer service has been excellent from initial sign up, through to guiding me through the functions and trouble shooting set up. They have been there in an instant and always willing to help. Their only focus is that I use this system effectively for growing my business.
We have been using the Text Local service for just a few weeks and we have found it very easy to use. We received plenty of advice to get started, and the system is so straightforward to use that I have been able to upload contacts, create templates using custom fields and schedule the times of the texts without any problem at all.
Does exactly what it says it does. Have tried other providers and texts are not always delivered. Text local delivers and provides a simple on-line system to work from. What more can I say? If you want a text provider that actually delivers the texts when you schedule them and provides a simple to use platform - then this is the one.
We were not getting good feedback from residents as a housing association, they were hard to get hold of and newsletters and magazines were not getting much response. We realised we were able to text them as held a large number of mobile numbers and invited them to respond on a number of issues. The take up was amazing and we have used several times since. We are really pleased.

With textlocal we were able to use the API to integrate into our existing CRM system easily and automate both the sending, replies and optouts making the job of quickly assessing availability of players easy. It's rare to find such an easy to use platform for something I thought would be complicated. I signed up online for a free account, checked the options available to me, purchased a shortcode keyword, and it was live there and then.The dashboard clearly showed me what I would be seeing from the reports, and on sending the keyword to the text number, it appeared instantly, and was so straightforward it actually amazed me.I then had a phonecall from the customer service team who asked if I had any questions, I didn't. They took some time to explain some features I might not be aware of, and ten minutes later I was planning a campaign incorporating all these features.If, like me, you've never used such a service before and were nervous about laborious timescales, setup costs, and nightmares getting reporting from something new, don't be. We have been using TextLocal for over 4 years. The service has made our driving school very professional. Someone from the tech team even helped me integrate code into a confirmation email that is sent to clients through our booking system, which enables clients to get a reminder text message 3 days before their driving lesson.I would definitely recommend them!
